• Managing the team of web designers/developers and App developers
• Catering clients for requirement of Websites designing and development/Mobile Applications (IOS/Android)
• Should have a thorough understanding of FrontEnd languages like HTML, CSS, Java etc.
• Should have a thorough understanding of BackEnd Technologies like Magento, Drupal, Laravel, PHP etc.
• Should be familiar with development methodologies like Agile (Scrum).
• Working with management/team on plans and ideas and accordingly provide the deadlines for the same.
• Coordinate with the client over the requirements. Conduct meetings if need be. Maintaining smooth and sorted communication with the clients.
• Responsible for Payment Clearances post completion of each project.
• Retaining the existing client and practicing upselling.

Skillset and Knowledge

Major expertise in Website and Application Designing and Development Projects. Knowledge and experience in handling a team for projects related to Development with technologies like HTML, CSS, Java, MY SQL, Magento, Drupal etc. Application work on both IOS and Android. Agile Methodology. Scrum, Waterfall. CRM, ERP. Client Coordination and Deadline Management

• Develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications & web sites.
• Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications.
• Participate in project & deployment planning.
• Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision
• Exp. In modules/extensions development/customization.
• Exp. In Theme integration/customization.
• Exp. In API creation/integration.

Skills Required

• Extensive experience of PHP and MySQL.
• Exposure on Magento 2, CMS and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.
• Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards.
• Demonstrable source control experience
• Two or more published website in E-Commerce.

• Understanding the allotted brand, its offerings and its target market to create a variety of required content formats
• Working on briefs provided by the CS and Coming up with unique as well as quirky content for all sorts of marketing platforms – Digital, Web and Offline.
• Conducting a thorough research over the brand, it's competition, its target market, it's style of approach and presentation to come up with a suitable punch in writing.
• Writing creative and fresh content for articles, blogs, marketing collaterals and social media.
• Researching and writing relevant content in varied styles, tones and target market.
• Proofreading, recreating and editing content pieces.
• Scheduling the tasks as per the priority/deadlines for smooth flow of deliverables.
• Writing, editing as well as proofreading the content curated as per the requirement.
• Developing grammatically correct and quality content.
• Analysing and breaking down the content data in specific structures and formats.
• Internal coordination of deliverables and content ideas cross-departmentally
• Maintaining a proper database of the copies/samples curated in task list.
• Being an active part of team discussions as well as presentations.

• Ensures major projects follow established timeline.
• Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy from scratch till Closure.
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
• Uncover and fix technical SEO problems with websites.
• Identify key SEO KPIs, monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
• Prepare and present reports regularly. Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
• Build and manage editorial/content calendars and bucket for clients
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
• Identify and help execute opportunities to grow client accounts and retainers
• Collaborate with web developers and marketing team Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Should be able to analyse campaigns from a search standpoint and devise strategies to help increase business online.
• Should have expertise across clients from different industries across different geographies.
• Should be able manage a team of search specialists to help clients achieve excellence on search.
• Should have excellent Communication skills.
• Experience with a focus on organic SEO, Advance SEO, SEO Strategies and implementation, On Page & Schema Tags.
• Penalty analysis and recovery assistance a huge plus.

• To be able to conceptualize design based on the brief given, right from scratch
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Corel Draw & Illustrator
• Expertise with line art, illustrations and social media creatives is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Logo, Stationery, brochure, flyer, booklet, hoardings, packaging etc.
